I believe therapy is a place where you should feel comfortable being yourself, knowing that you are heard, understood, and not judged. I strive to create a warm and welcoming space where clients can talk openly about what they are going through and feel supported as they work toward the changes they want to make. I believe everyone has their own strengths, and I enjoy helping clients to recognize and build on those strengths.
I enjoy working with children, adults, couples, and families, and I have a particular interest in supporting clients experiencing anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, as well as those navigating relationship or family concerns, life transitions, or times when they may feel overwhelmed or
stuck. I believe every person is different, so I take the time to get to know each client and find an approach that feels comfortable and helpful for them.
I am currently pursuing my MA in Clinical Psychology at Rochester Christian University. I am bilingual in English and Russian and offer therapy in both languages. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, listening to music, watching movies, reading, and volunteering. I value connection and believe that sometimes having someone who truly listens can be the first step toward feeling a little less alone.
