My Mental Health Tip: It’s ok, to not be ok!

I believe that everything happens for a reason, therefore this is where you are suppose to be.  As a Psychotherapist, my goal is to meet you where you are and provide you with the skills needed to be the best version of yourself.

I have worked in the human service field since 2008.  I have a BS in Therapeutic Recreation, a Master in Psychology and a Master in Clinical Mental Health Counseling.

I enjoy working with adolescents and adults.  I am a Human Trafficking Advocate and a certified My Life My Choice (MLMC) trainer.  MLMC is a nation-wide community model designed to change not only lives, but the structural inequities that give rise to human trafficking and sexual exploitation.  Additionally, I empower at risk youth and young adults and effectively educate them on prevention of sexual exploitation
