How do you feel? Chances are you’re visiting this site because the answer isn’t what you want. Do you have feelings and emotions you are struggling to control? Do parts of the outside world frighten you? Are you self medicating so you can deal with these?

The source of feelings and emotions is many times not entirely conscious, and can be triggered by circumstances of which we are not entirely aware. I have experience and personal practice in mindfulness, meditation and biofeedback and have used music as a therapeutic intervention for many years.
