I am a Clinical Mental Health Counseling graduate student in the final stages of completing my Master’s degree, dedicated to helping individuals navigate life’s challenges with clarity, confidence, and purpose. I work primarily with adolescents and young adults who are balancing the demands of school, work, and personal expectations, and who may be experiencing stress, anxiety, or feeling overwhelmed.
My approach is both compassionate and structured. I integrate evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with person-centered, humanistic principles, creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients feel genuinely heard and understood. I am especially drawn to Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs as a guiding framework, helping clients identify where they are, what may be missing, and how to move toward growth, stability, and self-fulfillment.
I believe that individuals are not “broken,” but rather navigating high levels of pressure without the right support or tools. My role is to help clients build insight, strengthen coping strategies, and develop a clear path forward, whether that means managing stress more effectively, improving emotional awareness, or working toward meaningful personal goals.
If you are feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or ready to step into a stronger, more grounded version of yourself, I am here to support you every step of the way.
