The decision to start therapy can be the hardest, yet most beneficial decision of someone’s life. Whether you are just having trouble navigating and adjusting to life, or are experiencing severe mental distress, it is my goal to help guide you toward a happy, healthy, and rewarding life. I work with individuals from all walks of life, no matter their religion, gender identity, race, or history. I approach therapy with an open minded, supportive, empathetic, and non-judgmental attitude to provide a safe space where all of my clients can feel comfortable enough to truly open up and reach their goals. As your therapist, I will provide you with a treatment that is individually tailored to you, your needs, and your wants.

I have experience working with adults struggling with anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, mood disorders, substance use disorders, autism spectrum disorder, and more. I graduated from Eastern Michigan University with a Master’s Degree in Clinical Behavioral Psychology. The cognitive behavioral approach is my primary approach to therapy, however, outside of cognitive behavioral interventions, I also incorporate person-centered, strength-based, compassion-focused, emotion-focused, and solution- focused approaches into treatment with my clients, depending on what their individual goals are.

During this day and age, people all around the world are faced with multiple uncertainties, tragedies, and personal dilemmas that make coping and living a happy life sometimes seem impossible.
