Sara Bradshaw

Hi, I’m Sara! I am a Clinical Mental Health Counseling Intern at Sollars. I am glad you’re here. I hold a bachelor’s degree in International Studies and am currently pursuing a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I have experience working with children and adolescents in a group home, and working as an educator and advocate at a sexual assault prevention and response agency. These experiences, in combination with my schooling, have helped me to develop a better understanding of others, mental health, and methods for increasing resilience in people.

I am committed to creating an environment that is open, welcoming, adaptable and nonjudgemental. I am dedicated to building on my knowledge, skills, and adjusting my methods to meet the individual needs of my clients.

I believe that counseling can help people act in alignment with their goals, values, and desires. It can provide a space for people to feel heard, understood, and validated. Getting to be part of this process is an honor that I value greatly. I look forward to the opportunity to get to know future clients and be part of their journey.
