Throughout our lives, we are all faced with challenges, and at times find ourselves in need of additional support. I create a safe and supportive environment for clients to explore their emotions, thought patterns, behaviors, and experiences. I provide genuine acceptance, empathy, encouragement, and
hopefulness to all clients. I support clients in developing improved self- awareness, increased insight, and learning coping skills to resolve uncomfortable symptoms. I believe that every individual has the same inherent worth and has within them a drive and unique ability to become the best version of themselves.

My view of therapy is this: we will be going on a journey together. You will be driving and determining the destination. I will be the navigator offering support and options on the different ways that we can get you to arrive at your desired destination. Every client is unique and so too is the journey. My goal in the therapeutic process is to support my clients in determining a path that leads to increased satisfaction and fulfillment in life.

I am a masters level clinical psychologist. I received my Masters Degree in Clinical Psychology and Masters Degree in Applied Behavioral Analysis from the
Michigan School of Psychology, and earned my Bachelor's Degree in Social Work from Ferris State University. I work from a humanistic perspective, using evidence-based practices, utilizing a strengths-based, affirming, collaborative approach which may include cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, psychodynamic perspective, behavioral change principals, motivational interviewing, positive psychology, and exploration of existential concerns.

I am experienced working with children, adolescents, adults, and seniors. I work with all ages and all diagnoses. The most common presenting concerns I work with are anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, personality disorders, ADHD, Autism, adjustment to significant life changes, relationships, trauma, and behavioral problems.
