Welcome to therapy! I’m so happy you’re here and taking this big step, because if you’re not speaking it you’re storing it and that always gets heavy. You spend most of your life inside your head and so we want to make it a nice place to be in.

I received my Bachelors of Social Work from Oakland University in 2020. I then later went on and received my Masters of Social Work from Wayne State University in 2022. I interned here at Sollars and Associates and now have been working under supervision as a limited license clinical therapist. I focus on a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy approach and have worked with anxiety, depression, anger management, adjustment, ADHD and PTSD clients. I want to work together with you to work on the goals you set for yourself and help you grow and support you during this journey!
