Hello and welcome! I’m so glad you’re considering starting therapy! It’s a meaningful step towards being your best self. Whether you’re processing a specific challenge, learning new mental health skills, or simply getting to know yourself on a deeper level, I would be honored to walk alongside you in that journey. In my work, I often draw from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients create space between themselves and unhelpful thoughts or behaviors. My goal is to support you in building insight, resilience, and greater alignment with your values. I have experience working with individuals navigating substance use concerns, depression, anxiety, and major life transitions. I strive to create a compassionate, nonjudgmental space where you can feel safe to explore whatever you’re facing.
I hold bachelor’s degrees in Psychology and Criminology from the University of Idaho and a master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from the Michigan School of Psychology, where I am also currently pursuing my doctoral degree. I am a Temporary Limited Licensed Psychologist (TLLP) in the state of Michigan and practice under supervision as I continue my clinical training. If you're ready to begin or curious about how therapy might support you, I’d love to connect.
