Hello and welcome! I believe therapy should feel like a collaborative and supportive space where you can openly explore your experiences, feel genuinely heard, and work toward meaningful growth. My goal is to create an environment grounded in honesty, respect, and trust, where we can identify your strengths and build achievable goals together.

I am currently an intern completing my Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Northwestern University, and I received my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Oakland University. As a counseling intern, I am passionate about helping clients navigate challenges while fostering self-awareness, resilience, and confidence. I strive to meet clients where they are, recognizing that growth looks different for everyone and honoring each person’s unique journey.

I approach therapy from a strengths-based and collaborative perspective, believing that every individual has the capacity for growth and meaningful change. Together, we will focus on understanding your experiences, building on your strengths, and creating practical steps toward the goals that matter most to you.
