Change is absolutely possible when we persist in our efforts to increase our knowledge, learn new skills and do the work. Therapy is a wonderful resource designed to give you the opportunity to understand yourself, how you currently interact with the world and what you would desire for your future.

I graduated with a Bachelors of Arts in Social Work and a Master of Social Work from Michigan State University. As a LMSW, my background is with Community Mental Health agencies that assist with the most vulnerable around us. I am particularly interested in working with the following therapeutic modalities: Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Exposure and Response Prevention Therapy and Cognitive Processing Therapy for the treatment of anxiety, depression, PTSD, OCD, trauma and general life challenges that include coping skills, boundary setting, complex relationships and life transitions. I truly enjoy listening to life stories and seeking to understand a person's thoughts and experiences.

Stepping into a new life can be confusing, frustrating and just plain overwhelming. This brave step also has the possibility of becoming the best gift you ever give yourself.
