I am a limited license psychologist specializing in humanistic psychology. I strive to build a therapeutic relationship with each client that is empathetic, kind, and supportive. My goal is to explore your concerns with you and to help you gain insight and understanding of yourself and those around you. Collaboratively we will work to create a plan to help you achieve your personal goals.

Having a background in community mental health has enabled me to work with a full spectrum of mental health concerns from mild to severe. In private practice I treat clients with self-esteem issues, life transitions, adjustment, depression, anxiety, grief and loss, and relationship/family issues.

My life experience as a mother, grandmother, and career woman has provided me with a vast perspective of life and its challenges. I look forward to meeting with you and helping you grow into the person you want to be.
