Life is not always easy to manage. Sometimes help is needed to navigate through the experiences in our lives that may be challenging. I want to provide that help. I have completed my master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Walden University. I provide multi-cultural therapy for adults and adolescents with a variety of concerns including anxiety, depression, adjustment, and sexual orientation. I believe successful treatment is rooted in a warm, supportive, and trusting relationship where I utilize an open-minded and non-judgmental attitude to gain a thorough understanding of the client’s experience. From this foundation, we will explore and work through the barriers impeding them from the better life they are aspiring towards and can achieve.
