Welcome! I am a graduate student intern from Central Michigan University's Clinical Mental Health Counseling program.

In our work together, I see you as the expert of your own life. We’ll collaborate to set goals that feel meaningful to you, while creating a space where you can show up exactly as you are and feel truly accepted. My approach blends a person-centered perspective with tools from Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), always starting from your unique strengths. Together, we’ll build on what’s already working for you, develop new skills, and move toward the changes you want to see.
