Life sometimes throws curveballs and it can be difficult to adjust or cope with changes or loss. Many people find ways of healing and growing through the counseling process. While there is no “one size fits all” approach to therapy, we will work together to utilize an integrative therapeutic approach that fits your goals and can help you to see things from a different perspective, gain coping skills, set healthy boundaries, and add other valuable tools to your “toolbox”.

As a counselor, I do my best to ensure that my therapy sessions are a safe and judgement free space to allow clients to share and be their authentic self. I am a Limited License Counselor (LLC) and have experience working with a variety of age groups and backgrounds in outpatient settings. My areas of clinical focus and training include individual counseling services for adult and child/adolescent trauma, PTSD, behavioral and mood disorders, adjustment disorders, depression, anxiety, grief, and loss. I am EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) Level II trained and have completed Autism Spectrum Disorder Clinical Specialist (ASDCS) intensive training. My special interests include chronic illness and LGBTQIA+ populations. My goal is to meet you where you are and to help you gain the skills and practice behavioral changes that you need to feel like your best self. I look forward to going on this journey with you.
