My intention is to help clients create their own goals, behaviors and outlooks, creating positive changes in their internal and external realities. I believe many issues such as depression, anxiety, ADHD, low self-esteem and a host of many other personal issues are only a part of anyone’s personality. The whole person can shine and prosper in the right environment and reality. A special interest is working with addictions and codependency within the family. I believe everyone has their own solutions for their life, but sometimes a little help is needed to find them. We need to look in the past for the lessons taught, but to the present to apply those lessons for a brighter future.
As a Marriage and Family Therapist I believe most people have others in their lives who want to help and be supportive, but don’t know how to accomplish giving help. No matter if I’m working with the individual, couples or families, we all need help in communicating on an emotional level at times. As a therapist who works with adolescents, adults of all ages, genders, couples and families change is not always easy and may be slow at times, but always worth it in the end.
I graduated from Northcentral University in 2018 with a Master’s level diploma in Marriage and Family Therapy (MFT) and fully licensed by the State of Michigan.
