Our hidden, underlying beliefs can prevent us from experiencing a fulfilling, meaningful
life. I recognize that each person is an individual. I seek to understand them as a whole
person, and not the circumstances they are currently facing. Everyone is confronted
with challenges, and my goal is to provide a safe and compassionate environment
which allows my clients to thrive and feel supported.
I received my B.S. in Psychology from Xavier University in New Orleans, and my M.A. in
Clinical Psychology from the Michigan School of Psychology. I have clinical experience
in individual and group therapy. My treatment philosophy focuses on establishing
positive and lasting connections with my clients. Life is a growth process, and our
psychotherapists share the goal of nurturing mind and body. All parts must work
together to create a healthy, whole individual.
