I have a Master’s Degree in mental health counseling and am a licensed therapist in Michigan. I utilize cutting-edge, evidence-based, and experiential approaches to therapy that get results. Some of these approaches to therapy include Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP) and Brainspotting. With my training and background, I am prepared to offer counseling to you that is strictly relational, collaborative, and based on the most up-to-date neuroscience and attachment research about how our brains can heal and not just cope with symptoms. But my experience does not stop there. I have many years of experience in the business world, I am a parent, and I have extensive experience with spirituality. All of this culminates in my ability to relate to you and help you see the way forward to where you want to be.
