I was trained at The Michigan School of Professional Psychology and obtained my Masters in Clinical Psychology in 2014. I have worked with adults and children with a variety of concerns, from anxiety and depression to bipolar disorder and PTSD. I take an integrative approach to psychotherapy and call on many schools of thought, from humanistic existential traditions to the more psychodynamic in nature. I provide treatment to individuals, couples and groups in a safe and welcoming environment.
My goal is to provide a supportive space and build a trusting relationship with my clients in an effort to help them feel comfortable and safe. I believe it is through this relationship that clients can establish and meet their goals, understand their own needs and boundaries and develop the skills to make their lives rich and fulfilling. I am supervised by a fully licensed psychotherapist and attend weekly case conferences with my peers and mentors. I take every advantage to further my education and skills through courses and didactics and continue to learn more each day. I welcome the opportunity to work with you.
