Heather Aljida

Hello and welcome! My therapy approach varies based on what each person wants to work on. I have experience working with individuals who have ADHD, anxiety, family trauma, substance abuse issues, and life transitions. I am what some may call a “no nonsense” therapist, but I will always offer an empathetic ear, and I am a big fan of humor during sessions. I am excited to embark on the therapy journey with you!

I got my Bachelor’s in Psychology at Western Michigan University (go Broncos!), and my Master’s in Forensic Psychology at The Chicago School of Professional Psychology.
