Brianne Schultz

Hello and welcome everyone to therapy! My name is Brianne, i have a masters in counseling psychology and a TLLP. As a therapist I value authenticity, being person centered, empathy, wellness, being a safe space, and honesty in the therapy room. I mostly use CBT, but focus on an eclectic approach to best adapt to your needs and circumstances. I work with Individuals from ages 10-60, but I really enjoy working with couples. I have clinical experience with adolescent and adults with ADHD, chronic pain, depression, anxiety , and interpersonal relationship issues. A little bit about me; I love anime, video games, reading, hiking, and creating connections with family, friends, and community.
