I believe that at some point in life, everyone can use an unbiased, supportive person to help them navigate the challenges that life throws at us. As a psychotherapist, it is my goal to serve as that person in a safe, judgement-free environment in which we can explore your current concerns. I will be there to collaborate with you as you navigate life’s challenges, as well as support and challenge you.
I received my master’s in clinical psychology from Eastern Michigan University. While completing my master’s, I worked at EMU’s Counseling and Psychological Services and gained experience working with anxiety, depression, adjustment concerns, relationship concerns, LGBTQA+ related concerns, and grief/loss. I utilize an integrative and individualized therapeutic approach. Depending on what concerns you present with, I will work with you to determine the best treatment course to take.
Making the decision to begin therapy is often not an easy one, and reaching out is the first step towards healing. I look forward to working together at your pace to move towards getting your life where you want it to be.
