I believe in a client-centered approach when it comes to helping you achieve your goals. Everyone can benefit from a non-biased, judgement free, safe space in which we are able to explore past, present, and future self. There is much power in the therapeutic relationship and working to help you feel empowered regarding difficult life circumstances. I received my master’s degree from the University of Michigan Dearborn in clinical health psychology. I try to use an eclectic approach, to adapt to your unique circumstances and needs, involving elements of CBT, ACT, and mindfulness. I have experience working with adolescents and adults, involving relational issues, depression, anxiety, trauma disorders, and adjustment disorders.
