Marriage Counselors and Therapists
Counseling for married couples and pre-marital couples as well
Relationships play an important part in mental health. Couples Therapy aims to foster healthy relationships. They are key toward fulfilling needs for companionship, intimacy, and validation. Strong couples are able to be good companions (sharing their day to day lives, personal histories, and interests together), give verbal and physical affection (affirmations, hugs, sexual intimacy, compliments, etc), and provide emotional support (being there to help during tough times, validations when the person is struggling, etc).
In Couples Therapy, it is our goal to provide the tools toward helping people build and maintain strong relationships with their partners.
- Communication concerns
- Sexual concerns, such as low sexual desire or differences in desire, premature ejaculation, erectile dysfunction, or sexual pain
- Divorce, remarriage, blended family concerns
- Premarital concerns
Is your marriage struggling? Our Marriage Counseling services provide help for couples who may be considering divorce, as well for couples that might be struggling with challenges such as:
The addition of a new baby
Relocation due to work
Blending of Families
General Martial Problems
Our therapists and counselors work with couples by helping them define where their disconnection is and what steps they can take in order to repair that disconnection. We also focus on helping couples learn how to effectively communicate with each other going forward to prevent future issues.
