I view therapy as a collaborative process built on trust, understanding, and self-exploration. My approach is grounded in a psychodynamic perspective, which focuses on how past experiences, relationships, and unconscious patterns influence present thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. I also integrate various other therapeutic modalities, tailoring my approach to each client’s individual needs and goals. These include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), Person-Centered Therapy, and Internal Family Systems (IFS)-informed concepts.
I earned my Master of Science degree in Clinical Psychology from Madonna University and my Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Michigan–Dearborn. I bring this education, along with my clinical experience, into my work with each client to foster a thoughtful and individualized therapeutic experience. I look forward to supporting my clients in developing greater self-understanding, navigating challenges, and creating meaningful change in their lives.
