Therapy can be an intimidating experience, but being in a safe space and exploring more about yourself can be insightful. Through a strong therapeutic relationship, working through your struggles can become especially helpful in moving forward towards your goals. I am a supervised intern from the University of Michigan-Dearborn’s clinical health psychology program. I strive to be empathic and use a humanistic approach to understand the bigger picture. I have a variety of experience in different modalities, such as CBT, ACT, motivational interviewing and more. These techniques can be used based on what fits your needs best: my hope is that I can help you discover your own potential and resilience along the way!
