I believe that we all deserve to live a purpose driven, meaningful life. Together we can
work to manage emotions and life experiences to empower you to live a life of authentic
congruence with your values. I use counseling to help people clarify and achieve personal
goals and work with clients who are struggling with depression, anxiety,
lifestyle/wellness, self-esteem, effective communication, and family conflict.
I empower individuals to overcome personal obstacles to improve their relationships. I
utilize a holistic and integrative approach to therapy, meaning I consider the entire person
while using a mix of psychological approaches including Humanistic-Existential,
Cognitive Behavioral, Solution Focused, and Psychodynamic. I graduated with academic
distinction from Northwestern University with a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health
Counseling. I completed my undergraduate studies at Cornell University and graduated
with a Bachelor’s of Science in Communications. I also received a Juris Doctor of Law
with distinction from Emory University. Today, I am retired from law, working full time
as a clinical mental health counselor. I believe in collaboration with each client to achieve
their unique goals to improve their overall mental health.
