Welcome to your first step at changing your life for the better. Helping people is my God-given gift. My name Monique, actually means advisor. I have a bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from Grand Valley State University and a Masters in Counseling Psychology from Moody Theological Seminary.

Having worked with diverse individuals, youth, and families, I’ve witnessed that everyone, at some point, benefits from therapy. Whether navigating daily challenges or confronting profound trauma, a therapist provides a fresh perspective. We’re not called to do life alone.

In my 20 year career, I’ve assisted individuals dealing with a range of issues: relationships, anxiety, depression, trauma, spirituality, self-esteem, premarital and marital situations, as well as abuse and neglect just to name a few. Embarking on therapy doesn’t mean facing challenges alone; we’re partners in your mental well-being journey. Therapy is often a marathon, not a sprint. While it may not be easy, perseverance yields meaningful results in due time.
