Mona Ismail

Welcome! My name is Mona. I am a clinical counseling Master’s candidate at Wayne State University. I work with clients of all ages and utilize a Client-Centered Therapeutic Approach in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. My approach to CBT is rooted in empathy and collaboration. I believe in creating a safe and non-judgmental space where clients can explore their thoughts and feelings openly. Together, we work to identify and challenge negative thought patterns, develop coping strategies, and foster lasting positive change.
