Building a positive and healthy relationship with your therapist is the key to a successful and productive journey to emotional, spiritual and physical well-being.

Everyone comes with their own unique background and challenges, but I believe, in order to work through challenges, and build a healthier and better you, you have to want it for yourself.  My practice is client centered in that they have an active role in their therapy.

I have over 10 years of experience working with children, ages 3 and up, and adolescents in various settings. I graduated from Wayne State University with my Masters in Social Work. My work experiences include serving disadvantaged youth in the Foster Care system and providing therapy using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Trauma Informed Care.
