We all face struggles through life and could use someone to be there to help us navigate our situations. I believe that each person has it in themselves to find their own answers in life, but this may be difficult without supportive guidance with a therapist. Whether it is needing to work through past issues in a safe environment or help navigating through current issues or concerns about the future, it helps to have someone there who will help guide us through our journey.

As a psychotherapist, it is my goal to be that person of support for you. I take a humanistic/existential approach to therapy with various treatment modalities to fit the individual.

I have a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Oakland University and two master’s degrees in psychology: a research focused Master of Science in Psychology degree from Oakland University and a Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology degree from the Michigan School of Psychology. My education has added value to my own knowledge and experiences; however, the ultimate value and gift is being a part of each person’s journey that comes to my office either through teletherapy or in person.
