I’m Allison, an intern from Northwestern University’s Family Institute. My approach to counseling and theory is person centered, so I can meet each client where they are & respond to their individual needs. Through a commitment to wellness, positivity, truth, and upholding the ethics of the American Counseling Association, I am here to support you in addressing unresolved issues or the stressors of our daily lives. I look forward to providing a safe space on your journey towards wellness, confidence, & peace to sustain the best version of yourself for you, your family, and your community. A bit about me, I love sports, sci-fi movies, music, spending rtime outdoors (especially fall), and creating memories with my family & friends.
