Many of us go through hardships in life, and it can be a difficult process to navigate our concerns. With you being the expert on your life, I would like to accompany you on your journey of growth. I can offer new perspectives, and insights based on talking through your concerns. Our sessions will be more open-ended, giving you the freedom to explore any path you choose as we work together collaboratively. I view therapy through the lens of a psychodynamic and existential model. Together, we can discuss topics along the spectrum of life, from childhood to death and in-between, to assist your growth on your journey through life.

I am currently a Limited Licensed Counselor, and working on receiving my full license. I acquired a M.A from Oakland University in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, as well as working on a Ph.D in Counseling. My general practice interests are working with internal struggles that we all go through in our lives, whether that takes form as anxiety, depression, dysphoria, etc..
