Life can throw curveballs and can make times difficult; but you don’t have to navigate it alone.
I have my Bachelors of Science in Psychology and Criminal Justice and my Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Roosevelt University in Chicago. Over the last few years, my primary focus has been with children, adolescents and young adults who are dealing with anxiety or depression, adjustment issues, trauma, adoption, relationship challenges and family conflict.
No two people are alike, which is why I work diligently to understand your needs, create a safe and trusted pace, and work with you to develop your own set of skills, obtain your goals, and manage this season of your life.
Reaching out for help or support can be very difficult, but I am happy you’re taking the first step and acknowledge this is a safe place to do so.
