TaJuanna (Monique) Cooper

My passion for helping others become their best selves is who I am at my core. The best version of one’s self will vary for each client. I’m here to walk with my clients, each step of the way. It’s important that my clients feel comfortable sharing their experiences with me, and to know that once they enter my virtual office that they’re in a safe zone. I am empathetic, relatable, and most importantly know that we are a team! My clients and I will work to sort through distressing life experiences. My authentic goal is to help them to evolve as an individual and to gain better insight into themselves.

As part of my practice, I believe that our upbringings shape who we are or aren’t. I value hearing my clients’ histories, because it helps me to make sense of them as a person overall. As a therapist, it helps me to know what road we’re headed down in therapy, if I can understand what road my clients have been on.

My clients appreciate that I am genuine, authentic, warm, caring and welcoming in our sessions.
