Summer Reid

I believe therapy works best when it feels like a collaborative and supportive space where you don't have to have it all figured out to begin. My goal is to meet each client with compassion, curiosity, and respect, creating a space where they feel safe enough to explore what's working, what's not, and what's possible. I am to help clients deepen their self-awareness, make sense of their patterns, and develop practical tools that support lasting change. I don't believe in a one-size-fits-all approach – every person's story matters, and I work to tailor our sessions to what feels most helpful for you.

I'm currently earning my Master's in Counseling Psychology from Golden Gate University and am completing my clinical training at Sollars & Associates.
