Change is a constant in life, often catching us off guard and leaving us feeling out of sync. Whether we're questioning if we changed too soon, resisting change, or simply unaware that change is necessary, this conflict can lead to emotional and physical difficulties. We might find ourselves in unfamiliar territory or uncertain of how to navigate our current circumstances.

As your Therapist, or as I like to call myself, your Journey Agent, I'm here to guide you to your desired destination, even if that destination is finding peace in where you are right now.

• begin by understanding where you are currently and where you aspire to be.
• work together (whether you're an individual, a couple, or a family) to develop personalized goals and plans (your personalized Journey Guide).
• explore difficulties in relationships of all kinds (self, intimate, family, friends) addressing concerns such as infidelity, parenting challenges, anger management, self-esteem, anxiety, depression, trauma, and more.
• lastly, determine the best approach to help you reach your chosen destination. Helping others has always been a core part of who I am and what I believe in. As a Marriage and Family Therapist, my approach is systemic, collaborative, and integrative, with you—the Journeyer—at the heart of every step.
