Therapy can be a humbling experience, allowing you to reunite with the natural strength within you. By using my knowledge and expertise of human behavior, I help individuals understand how psychological concepts relate to their own experience. I emphasize to my clients that learning how to recognize and accurately describe personal experiences is therapeutic. It is my life’s passion to help navigate clients through the unknown, finding answers to questions that tend to play in a loop in our minds. As your psychotherapist, my role will be to guide you towards self discovery, growth, and healing.
