Life can be very challenging, so sometimes it takes assistance to become more self-aware and make the
changes required to rise above the circumstances. When you come into my office, I will be there to
support you through these difficult times and help you develop coping skills that will enable you to start
making positive changes in the ways that you think or live. I follow a client-centered and integrative
approach, meaning that we will work together as equals by using your understanding of your own
experiences as a gateway towards healing, while also meeting your needs through other psychological
approaches including Cognitive Behavioral, Humanistic, Interpersonal, Behavioral, and Psychodynamic.
I graduated with my Masters of Science in Clinical Psychology from Eastern Michigan University. I
primarily work with children, adolescents, and adults specializing in anxiety, depression, stress, trauma,
relationships, life transitions, and behavioral concerns. I have prior experience working with diverse
populations of college-aged adults and non-traditional students with the University of Michigan-
Dearborn Counseling and Psychological Services.
All of us would like to improve our lives. By working together, we can start strengthening your life with a
combination of therapeutic approaches that are tailored specifically with your needs and goals.
Together we can find hope and meaning in your life, as well as develop the necessary skills needed to
cope in the world today.
