As a therapist, I provide a safe, comfortable space for you to discuss and explore your thoughts and feelings, while accepting you just as you are. I view therapy as an opportunity for individuals to grow to understand more of themselves and the world around them, allowing them to change into the person they want to be.
Utilizing a holistic approach to counseling with a focus on emotion-focused therapy, I work with individuals to help them understand themselves and effectively communicate with others. I primarily work with adolescents and adults on a variety of issues including life adjustments, family/peer conflicts, anxiety, and depression.
