Rakisha Smith

Hello, my name is Rakisha Smith, I am a Limited Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Social Work from Madonna University in Livonia Michigan. I have an emphasis in geriatric, youth and adults psychotherapy. I work from a collaborative, strengths-based, and humanistic approach, assisting and supporting clients to be the author of their own lives. I’ve worked with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, disruptive behaviors, relationship challenges, self-esteem, and trauma. I am passionate about improving the negative implications of mental health in our society.
