The first step is the most difficult to take. Making the decision to enter therapy, to allow someone in to witness our struggle, takes courage and shows a willingness to move beyond one’s comfort zone to forge a new way of being.

My core belief is that healing and lasting change happen within the context of safe and trusting relationships. It is my goal to provide a space where together we can work to understand the roots of your challenges, honor your individuality, and discover and highlight your strengths. You are in the driver’s seat and need only for someone to listen to begin to trust yourself. I will follow your lead as we navigate the road together.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and an Infant Mental Health Specialist. I received my Bachelor’s degree from the University of Michigan in Psychology and Sociology and my Master’s degree from the University of Michigan School of Social Work.

I have experience providing therapeutic services in educational, clinic, and home-based settings working with children, adults, and family units. My therapeutic focus is relationship-based, concentrating on issues such as anxiety, depression, grief and loss, trauma, life transitions, parent/child attachment, pregnancy and parenting concerns, and relationship difficulties. My specialization is in supporting and healing parent-child relationships, and infancy and early childhood related issues including behavior and development.
