Deciding to begin therapy is a courageous step that can feel scary and overwhelming. I recognize the bravery and strength it takes to meet a stranger and explore the challenges and concerns you may be facing. I am committed to creating a trusting, respectful and engaging partnership that focuses on collaboration. I believe that treatment should be person-centered, recognizing that treatment should be driven by the individual and where they are at. It is truly my passion to empower others to promote healing, find a healthy perception of themselves and strengthen relationships leading to a happier and healthier life.
