Hello, I'm Maxwell! I believe that mental health connects deeply to the thoughts, feelings, and behaviors we share with the world. This is why I hope to create a safe and brave space where you're given the opportunity to build a therapeutic alliance that is as unique as yourself. I hope to work side by side with you in order to explore life's challenges in a comfortable and accepting environment. The therapeutic alliance is the most important aspect of therapy to me and I will work to create a collaborative relationship with each and every client.

I have researched and embraced the therapeutic methods of CBT, Family Systems, and Mindfulness. I believe in a client led model with a humanistic approach to the varying life challenges we all experience.
