Together, we’ll gently challenge any unhelpful thoughts and behaviors, while also providing you with practical tools that you can use to stay ahead. At the heart of what we’ll do is make sure you feel genuinely heard, valued, and supported—creating a safe space for your authentic self to shine.

My goal is to foster a space where you feel safe to be yourself, empowered to grow, and confident in your journey of healing. I truly believe that embracing your authentic self and celebrating your unique gifts is what unlocks meaningful transformation and helps you live a more fulfilling life.

I am currently a graduate student attending Western Michigan University studying a Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and I am looking forward to meeting you!
