Hello! I am a pre-licensed psychotherapist providing Teletherapy services to clients ages 18+ who reside in Michigan. My therapy style is collaborative, supportive, and focuses on helping clients in areas such as: improving self-esteem and coping skills, decreasing anxiety and depression, improving relationships, healing from trauma, and exploring other areas of concern such as grief/loss, or new life changes.

I apply evidence-based methods based on the client's individual treatment needs, such as trauma-informed CBT, mindfulness, solution-focused, somatic therapy, etc. I received my Masters in Clinical Psychology from The Michigan School of Psychology, with a focus in humanistic psychology.
