Hello! I provide Teletherapy services to individuals who reside all across Michigan. I have a passion for working with those who are navigating anxiety, depression, PTSD, complex trauma (e.g. abuse, neglect, etc.) and all others feeling stuck in “flight/flight/freeze/fawn” mode. I support clients in reaching their therapy goals throughout every stage of treatment.
Other clinical areas I work with include grief/loss, substance abuse (personal or family history), domestic violence, codependency, and life adjustments. We will work together to address your specific concerns using evidence-based tools that you can use in your everyday life to make sustainable progress. Therapy can provide a healing space to be heard and seen, help build a sense of control over your life, and improve your connection to yourself and others.
I am a trauma-informed practitioner and received my Master's degree in Clinical Psychology with a focus on humanistic psychology. Primary therapy approaches I use are: trauma-informed cognitive behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, attachment-based, compassion-focused, person-centered, and mindfulness and somatic based interventions.
Finding a good fit is shown to be important for clients' overall therapy outcomes, therefore I offer a free 15-minute phone consultation to help answer any questions you may have. Inquiring clients can contact Sollars and Associates administrative line to connect. I welcome the opportunity to work with you!
