I believe that trust, authenticity, and openness create a strong therapeutic relationship and I believe that these qualities are what make therapy and counseling effective. I pride myself on providing a kind and welcoming space and atmosphere that encourages open dialogue and collaboration. I received my MA degree in Counseling and previously graduated with my Bachelors degree at the University of Windsor in Canada. I am currently open to working with individuals of all ages through various situations and presenting concerns. My theoretical orientation is centered around mindfulness and existentialism, but I also consider myself to be eclectic in terms of approach and coping skills. I am excited to have this space through Sollars and Associates and I look forward to working with you!
