Lauren Miller

Each one of us has experienced a life that is uniquely our own, and it can be difficult to navigate without the right support. I'm here to be present with you, to hear you, to help you learn, to challenge you, to empower you, and to help you grow into your fullest self. My belief is that we can work collaboratively to meet the goals you set in motion.

I received my Bachelor's degree in Social work at Michigan State University and went on to complete my Master's in Social Work at Wayne State University. I've been a practicing LMSW for 12 years, with significant experience in hospice care, caregiver support, grief & loss. With additional experience supporting those with depression, anxiety, foster care/adoption, parenting support, and concerns with life transitions. My formal education is in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy but I believe in an eclectic approach and pull from a wide range of methods in order to
meet each client's individual needs.
