Kyle Hill graduated from Western Michigan University in April 2016. He received his B.A. in Criminal Justice and earned his minor in Sociology. Kyle graduated from Wayne State University in April 2020, receiving his Master of Social Work with a Concentration in Innovation in Community, Policy, and Leadership. He has experience in both clinical and macro social work. Kyle has worked with various populations such as children and adolescents with Autism spectrum disorder, individuals diagnosed with mental illness, juvenile offenders, and adult offenders, and substance use disorder. He has experience analyzing data and identifying ways to implement professional development needs, and program effectiveness improvements within the nonprofit and for-profit sectors. Kyle also has a background in evaluation testing procedures to meet the specific needs within an agency for families in need of mental health services. Kyle has worked with clients with a broad scope of issues that stem from multiple factors such as anxiety disorders, depression, and bipolar disorder. He has achieved client success by developing person-centered plans that come from a strength-based perspective. He utilizes Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), based on the notion of how we think, how we feel, and how we all interact together.
