As a psychotherapist, my goal is to provide empathetic and confidential treatment to my clients. I use a variety of techniques that are tailored to the clients individual needs in an attempt to assist each client in achieving their goals and fullest potential.
I graduated from the University of Detroit Mercy, with a Masters of Arts in Clinical Psychology with a specialization in Children and Adolescents. I have experience working with children, adolescents, young adults, and adults of all ages. I also have had experience in working with high school and college students who are struggling with anxiety and depression. I help guide clients who are working through their presenting issues by identifying coping skills as well as a variety of other therapeutic strategies that can be beneficial to overcome their current life challenges and stressors.
My experiences includes areas such as: Anxiety, Depression, ADHD, Life Stress, Relationship Issues, Gender Issues, Behavioral Issues, Trauma, Social Anxiety, Communication Skills Issues, Anger Management, Excoriation and OCD Issues, bipolar affective disorder, and borderline personality disorder, as well as a variety of other personality disorders. I am supervised by Dr. Franklin Sollars who is a fully licensed psychotherapist.
